Yoga Nidra is a structured and systematic contemplative practice that deeply engages the relationship between body, mind and nervous system.
Through a gradual exploration of different states of awareness, it encourages deep physical and mental relaxation, supports self-regulation processes and offers a space to explore one's bodily, emotional, mental and energetic experience.
Its potential and benefits extend far beyond deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a journey of self-discovery and personal transformation, offering an opportunity to develop a more conscious relationship with oneself, recognise personal patterns, and access and cultivate inner resources.
Individual sessions are rooted in this perspective. Each journey is developed together with the participant, taking into account their goals, needs and the particular stage of life they are experiencing.
The initial meeting is dedicated to listening and identifying a possible direction for the work. Together, we explore:
What brings you to Yoga Nidra.
The goals and intentions you wish to cultivate.
Your needs and any difficulties that may influence your practice.
Your familiarity with relaxation, meditation and body awareness.
Based on this conversation, we identify the most suitable approach to the practice. The journey can evolve over time, in response to your experience and emerging needs.
When specific challenges relating to physical and psychological wellbeing are present, designing the sessions requires additional care and consideration.
I have experience working with people navigating anxiety, fibromyalgia and eating disorders (EDs). In these cases, the journey may include a preliminary assessment phase, involving an initial conversation and a dedicated questionnaire, to gather information about individual needs, sensitivities and relevant considerations for the practice.
Sessions are then carefully designed and adapted, taking into account the relationship between the nervous system, bodily experience and emotional wellbeing.
When someone is already receiving support from other health professionals, Yoga Nidra can be offered as a complementary practice, integrated into their existing journey - for example, alongside psychotherapy, rehabilitation or other healthcare interventions. With the person's consent, collaboration with other professionals can help ensure a thoughtful and coherent approach, while respecting each practitioner's respective scope of expertise.
Sessions are intended for personal exploration and wellbeing. They do not constitute diagnostic, healthcare or psychotherapeutic services, nor do they replace medical treatment or other care pathways.

Sessions generally last around 60 minutes, combining the guided practice with time for preparation, conversation and integration of the experience.
The first session, as well as those incorporating body-based practices, may require more time, up to 90 minutes. Duration and format are agreed upon according to individual needs.

Upon request, you can receive an audio recording of your guided practice to use independently between sessions. This service is available for an additional fee, agreed upon according to the level of personalisation required.
